Since 1997, Claire has been involved with the inception and running of several, franchise related businesses. With an ongoing passion for helping people, in 2010, she established Extra Help, the home-help and domestic cleaning franchise network. Extra Help now has an extensive network of over 35 successful franchises running across the UK.
Claire is a qualified life and business coach and has a Grade 5 ILM Diploma. Alongside this, she is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. Claire was the CEO of the Approved Franchise Association (AFA) from 2015 to 2021 this then led to her becoming a Lifestyle Ambassador for the British Franchise Association (BFA) after the BFA acquired the AFA in 2021.
In her spare time, Claire enjoys walking her dogs and spending quality time with her children and friends. She is also a self-confessed foodie and enjoys dining out and then working off the calories by attending regular, fitness boot camps.
