Before founding The Franchise Consultant, Steve built a uniquely broad skill set—from frontline customer service through to serving 14 years as Operations Director of a major digital marketing agency. During this time, he helped grow the agency from a small team into a large, multi-disciplinary organisation, motivating and managing around 100 employees.
​
Steve has also worked as a business broker, supporting clients with valuations, business sales and exit-planning strategies. His background as a Franchise Consultant and Franchise Marketeer further strengthens the depth of expertise he brings to clients looking to grow, franchise or sell their businesses.

A natural collaborator, Steve values relationships built on trust and respect. He thrives on helping businesses of all sizes navigate growth and change, applying his extensive experience to deliver clear, actionable and personalised guidance.

Steve lives in Esholt with his large family, two dogs and two cats. When he’s not watching his favourite sports, he enjoys family time and escaping to the North Yorkshire coast to unwind.
