The Investment
In order to proceed with the franchise application and enter the training programme to ensure that the manager and the franchisee are in tune with all aspects of the business, there is a franchise fee of £15,000 to be paid before joining the training course. This is to ensure that only serious parties apply and are trained in the Phoreal way.
The total start-up costs vary according to the size and nature of the existing unit. The estimated cost of setting up a new kiosk location is approximately £65,000, with the estimated cost for a café location being £93,000. Although there are several options available to you with regard to acquiring funding to cover these total costs, you will need access to your own funds to apply.
