Your Role as a Franchisee
As the PM24 Franchisee, your primary role involves the growth, leadership, management and development of the Home Care Franchise business. As the Franchisee, you will lead and establish your team, support and manage your Registered Manager, ensure training, compliance, and quality are maintained as well as oversee recruitment activities. You will also handle the financing and accounting for the business, ensuring all requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are met.
